Sparkle Girls Summit 2025 is more than an event—it’s an experience created just for girls ages 7–17 to grow, shine, and step into the new school year with confidence.

Meet the Founder and Director

Kara Dunovant – Advocate. Mentor. Voice Builder.

Kara Dunovant is a proud Buffalo, NY native now based in Houston, TX, with a deep passion for helping girls grow into confident, purposeful leaders. A Georgetown Law graduate and seasoned nonprofit leader, Kara has spent her career creating opportunities for youth across the country through advocacy, mentorship, and education.

Now, she’s launching a bold new mentorship program and Confidence Camp for girls ages 7–17, focused on building self-esteem, leadership, and the skills to speak up and own the room. Kara’s mission is simple: to help girls find their voice, own their power, and show up unapologetically in every space they enter.
